We engaged Nebula Consulting to implement a Customer Portal for Case Management to improve how our clients log and track service requests. What I particularly valued about Nebula was their focus on building knowledge within our organisation alongside delivering the project. We had good contact with the technical team throughout the engagement. There is a deep level of product knowledge and a generosity in sharing that to support their customers. The team were very happy to iterate and share early MVPs of their work along the way. I'd say this approach makes Nebula particularly helpful in navigating some of thew newer, fast-changing products such as Tableau Next or Agentforce.
