This project has seen us re-visit lots of Workflow processes and migrate them to Flows. Silver Softworks have worked with us to identify all of the processes and flows. They have provided good quality testing for the migrated flows and had a patient and understanding approach in helping us understand it.

Silver Softworks have been good at helping us pickup from where our previous Salesforce resource suddenly left. I think that the biggest challenge is with ourselves knowing what we were going to ask of Silver Softworks, and the amount of work going through them was higher than we expected, however we now know more of how we work. They have given us the knowledge and support to work this out.

Silver Softworks were engaged to complete a technical Salesforce Audit and went with great detail, through our Salesforce environment providing a lot of useful information with regards to the needs for the changes of Workflow processes and other areas that needed to be updated. The staff engaged in the project were very knowledgeable and able to communicate what was needed and found. The resulting document and recommendations were very detailed and gave us a good understanding of where our environment was at, and how to move forward.
