Salesforce Integration

Our small non-profit recently transitioned to Salesforce for better donor monitoring and data management. Starting with planning and discovery was essential for our small team. Strategizing around our needs was also helpful to decide which apps we needed to plug into Salesforce based on our work. The Buzzbold team was responsive and addressed questions through the entire process, including real time throughout the training. Our integration was complex which created some confusion on required data needed for development. That small hiccup was the cause for some lower ratings as the result left wonderings about the investment. Overall a wonderful experience and a robust product that we're excited to use.

Our organization is very small without a lot of Salesforce expertise and knowing that the Buzzbold team has an eye on our Salesforce org is really a necessity for us.
