Proper customized CRM implemented for our CDMO usecase, along with a unique advanced project management module.

Competency is lacking.
It was good with solutions coming in from Partner on certain roadblocks.
Overall support was excellent from partner side. They were very helpful in resolving all our queries to achieve our business objectives. The entire team were very genuine in their approach. We have demanded lots of things which required some research at their end as well, Although they worked patiently to give maximum clarity. Thanks to Ajay to coordinate entire implementation smoothly.

Good support & implementation quality overall
Their price point was low, which was something that we were on the lookout for. We had issues with timelines and communication, but the director was really cooperative and we managed to get the task done ultimately.
