Recurring Cases automatically creates new cases any number of days after a case is opened, closed or on any other date you choose. Cases recur until you decide to stop by removing the recurrence.

Highlights

Set cases to recur a number of days after the Close Date. This is ideal if you want to regularly plan new customer service activities after previous ones are completed (e.g. a case recurs a week after it is closed).

Set cases to recur a number of days after their Created Date. This is ideal if you want new cases to be generated for your customer service team to keep to a schedule (e.g. a case recurs each week, irrespective of the length of time to complete).

Set cases to recur a number of days after a Base Date. This is ideal if you want new cases to be generated on a custom schedule (e.g. a case recurs on 1st of month) that you can set using Process Builder, Workflows or Apex.
