Easy app for PM within Salesforce

We needed a PM tool that was intuitive to current Salesforce users which I could easily and quickly set up projects, tasks, assignments, etc. I searched the App Exchange focusing on 2 apps and quickly realized from the demo, that the Cloud Coach PM would be a good match for our needs. Although the app hasn't been released to the team yet to begin the project, I am confident that with a little training, they will all get up to speed quickly. I also have been very pleased with the amount of available information I need as the SF Admin on the website, the weekly webinars and amazing Customer Service Support.

Very Good app for Project Management

This is very good and usefully app to manage Salesforce related project. Our team visibility & collaboration on all task and milestone is much higher now. Good value for us.

Best Free App For Project Management

I installed the free version of the app instance, and it seems to work really great. I strongly recommend this app to a small business who wants PM features.

Good Product and Great Customer Service

Considering this is a free app it works well and is meeting our needs. I had it previously installed; but we kept running into an error and could not close sub-tasks. Worked with John Clarkson who was excellent and got the bug corrected. We have put in new complex projects this year and have not run into any further issues. It was nice to have such responsive and helpful customer support. I recommend the app.

Best PM Tool on SF

I wanted a PM tool to implement that would serve my needs as a PM, would be easy for execs/stakeholders to access/understand. and for information and procedures all in an existing platform. Of course, I searched for tools in the appexchange in SF. This is fully integrated and really simple to learn/use. I love the fact there is a knowledge base and videos. That significantly helps with change management and training. The free version does not contain milestones or as many customizable options, however, that's why it's free. I like we have many versions of Cloud Coach to choose from that will not only fit our needs but also won't be forced to spend money on unneeded bells and whistles. I'm excited to use cases and opportunities to initiate various internal project requests. Support has quick responses and my account executive Christian L. has been amazing to work with. Highly recommended!

Amazing project management app for SF

Covers all the basics you want in project management, including dependencies. The cross project view is critical to understanding the total workload and a fantastic feature. The user interface is exceptionally smooth. I was really impressed how easily you can enter tasks and assign resources. Lastly, the training videos were the perfect combination of brevity and helpfulness. A very well-crafted app . . .

Interesting addition to SF

The installation was easy, and I was able to customise the screens to match our org. It hasn't been released to the team yet, so it remains to be seen how they take it.

Nice App

I will say, it’s a nice app, I would like to be able to just check off my project tasks as a feature.

Great Project Tool

I have been using the free version for a little while and was easy to set up & easy to use. I had one small problem with privileges for one user, but support was immediate and now it is all sorted. The only piece of feedback is that it shows on the Salesforce tabs as 'Projects' , as does the Saleforce projects. Not sure if this can be renamed to save confusion?
