Touch Contacts makes it easier for email marketing integrations to work properly when Contacts should be refreshed when Accounts are edited. Whenever an Account record is edited, updates (but no changes) are made to associated Contact records too.

Works as advertised, except...
You forgot to mention that Touch Contact Custom Settings need to be set for it to work. It took me a minute to realize this... 1- crms35__Activate__c = True **************** --Optional-- **************** 2-crms35__Disable_Bulk_Processing__c = default (false) 3-crms35__Max_Contacts_to_Process__c= default (25) Otherwise, thanks. You saved me a couplke hours writing up Apex and test units
