Pacific Point did a great job on our data architecture project, especially in how they took the time to truly understand our systems, data, goals, and key challenges before proposing solutions. They also kept future needs in mind, ensuring the architecture would support new tools like Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Snowflake as they come into our environment. Pacific Point has exceeded our expectations from the start. We came from working with another developer that we had an unfavorable experience with. We appreciate their client portal for logging new cases, tracking, and communicating. They had excellent communication and follow up on projects and bugs and fixes. In the completion of a recent project to replace our internal and external case processes from Conga to S-Docs, Tony Carollo, the project manager was very responsive and did an excellent job. Martha Silva Garcia, Business Analyst has been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. She is so detailed and helpful and has excellent communication. Experienced developers, Douglas Dunn, Emel Agarao, and Alvin Zhou were all crucial to the success of our project. The scope of work was more difficult and time consuming than originally anticipated and they brought in the right people and spent the extra time to get the work done. After years of poor experience on many levels with other SF developers, we highly recommend Pacific Point.

We began working with Pacific Point in 2019 to design and implement our Salesforce platform. I have worked with several Pacific Point representatives since then to continuously improve our system. In or around 2022, Yumi Hasegawa was assigned to be our Consultant. At that point, we though the reassignment would have negatively impacted our progress thinking that it would be a difficult transition to another consultant. However, working with Yumi since 2022 has made it easier for our office to navigate the Salesforce records and fields. Knowing the function of our office, Yumi has made a lot of positive recommendations that made our lives easier. Yumi also designed several reports to assist us in reporting statistics to several agencies, which definitely eased the stress on the staff. With one particular survey that is completed annually, Yumi worked tirelessly to create several reports to ensure information was accurately communicated. Yumi is very professional, attentive to our needs, and always checks to see if our office needs anything. In addition to Yumi, our office also began working directly with Flint Tearney in or around 2023. Flint also made crucial suggestions to improve our system. Flint, like Yumi always reached out to our office to ensure we were not having issues with Salesforce. Yumi and Flint were instrumental in designing and improving the functionality of the Salesforce system to make our work flow progress smoothly. I, personally am very grateful for having Yumi and Flint as Consultants.

We engaged Pacific Point to support our existing Salesforce platforms, and their expertise made a significant impact. They successfully automated workflows, streamlined marketing journeys, and promptly resolved any issues with efficiency and expertise. Our project was a discovery project, where we looked across our large organization to identify and prioritize future Salesforce applications. Our consultant was organized, knowledgeable, and efficient -- he interviewed hundreds of stakeholders across around 35 divisions in a matter of weeks. Using the insight gained into our current practices, he was able to make recommendations for architecture that will transform our business processes through projects implemented at a pace appropriate for our scale and budget. We are excited to start implementing Data Cloud this year to realize the vision we created together!

Our SF developers at Pacific Point have truely become part of our extended team with their insight, empathy and excitement to work on our SF project which as propelled us future self as a company. Taking the time to fully understand our "needs/wants" and translate those into working solutions has been transformative. Pacific Point has been able to filter through our everchanging entrepreneurial ideas and assist us in prioritizing our expectations to what can be done within determined budgets. Additionally, having both long-standing personnel stay on throughout our project and adding, when appropriate, additional staff was instrumental in both a consistant voice and added excitement to our project. We now use our SF platform to be integrated with our AR/AP system which supports our oveall accounting cycle Our SF is integrated with Docusign for estimate/invoice document creation and signed estimate approvals. Our SF is now integrated into our vendors' CRM systems for fluid individual job level processing. We now utilize the SF chatter function to communicate with both customers and vendors at the individual job level. We are now poised to increase our revenues by x100 times without needing a new system due to what Pacific Point has done our SF environment. In the end, we are so excited with the end-result of our customized SF platform due to Pacific Points' developement, we proudly have re-branded our SF platform into our own ("On-The-Move" by The Dingman Group.)
