Not bad, could be better
The instructions for setup / initial configuration are, shall we say... confusing, but after a bit of work we got this set up for my team. We are now using it to facilitate new-hire training on my team (delivery team at an implementation partner). What's missing from this app is the automatic syncing of Certification data, as well, for connected users.
It seems that the app has stopped working.
Stats haven't been updated since early December 2025.
I was having trouble seeing the latest information from Trail Tracker-- it seemed like the app wasn't working. But after I did the following, it started working again as expected (pulling in new users' data, assigning trailmixes and badges, etc): -Installed the latest available version on the App Exchange (I was on 3.12, but the latest is 3.37) -Made sure all users were assigned the Trailhead User permission set -In Trailhead Setup, updated the production username, production password, and production security token (this probably needs to be done every time the password is updated) -Ran the data synchronization again
Errors
Has the app stopped working? I'm following the same steps as a few years ago, but now when I try to enter the email, password and token to connect the integration user, it gives an error.
Still has process builders a couple months before end of support
We were undergoing our Annual Technical Health Review as part of our Signature Success program and were warned about still having Process builders at such a late date. Since the org is so new that it was built Flow-first, we were surprised. Ends up that all three Process Builders are from Trail Tracker which has the latest version installed.
Certain integration limitations
Cannot pull user data for anyone who did not sign up for trailhead with your organization. My trailhead user was created in a separate org, when trying to integrate with another org it cannot pull user data.
I am trying to do the same. I read that the user doesn't need a user record in the environment where Trail Tracker is installed, as long as they have a login to another environment with the same email. Is this possible? I also have a user who DOES have a login to the Trail Tracker environment whose data is not syncing. Why is it working for some and not others? Thanks for the help!

Hot Mess and Unclear to Set Up
None of the instructions to set this up is clear. All the videos and ReadMe's seem to skip many steps. Where I am stuck on: I click on Get It Now, which redirects me to "We didn't find any Salesforce Accounts linked to your Trailblazer.me profiles". Even if I create an account and sign up for a free trial to Salesforce, this does nothing because this will create an account that links to a sandbox environment, not my org's environment. Trying to get any type of reporting to review how my data community is upskilling and monitoring their progress for any Trailhead Academy products and services from Salesforce has been nothing but frustrating and unsupportive.

We want to update the locale to ICU, so please update the API version of this app.
We are currently using the Trail Tracker managed package (Version 3.12) in our salesforce org. As part of upcoming summer ’25 release and the associated ICU locale formate release update, Salesforce requires that all the Apex classes,Triggers,Visualforce pages be set to API version 45.0 or above to ensure compatibility. Upon reviewing the components within the Trail Tracker package, we noticed that the Apex classes are currently below API version 45.0. Could you please confirm if there is a newer version of the package available where the API versions of Apex, Triggers, Visualforce pages have been updated to 45.0 or above? This will help us ensure full compliance ahead of the mandatory enforcement window.
Hi Jarod, wondering if you can share what workarounds beyond the documentation you had to do to get this to connect? I'm stuck.
