We worked with professional services and their entire team was able to address all our questions and help us deploy to production. Om Mishra was highly professional and easy to work with during the implementation as was the rest of the team! Admins: If you are reviewing this app to book more events and meetings; be sure all your key users have Salesforce/JN licenses to take full advantage if you need them to leverage this tool for integration.

Great implementation team and onboarding process.

We worked directly with our implementation specialist, and customer representative, and it was very smooth. With just a few calls, and screen shares - they had our team (not overly technical) set up in our Sandbox instance, and began pushing it to our live environment in just a few weeks time (just in time for our biggest event!). When there was an issue on the backend, they completely owned it, and got the right people involved to get us up and running that same day. Great product for a big need in our business!

Jifflenow is very user friendly and provides a great automated platform for scheduling meetings. We have worked with Jifflenow team pretty closely and have had the great experience working with their team especially Om Mishra because of his flexibility and great knowledge ofcourse!

Great App

We widely use Jifflenow to create and coordinate meetings with our clients and partners. Recently used it for MWC and our users LOVE it. The interface is easy to work with and integrates with salesforce too. I especially like the new UI. Especially liked their product support team who are always willing to help round the clock if an when required. Definitely as 5 star app. However, there are some rooms for improvements too.

Although it took our team a long time to integrate, it was not done without patience and lots of support from the Jifflenow team. Looking forward to leveraging this great data.

Great support and fast Salesforce.com Integration!

We just completed the Jifflenow integration with Salesforce.com. The app is user-friendly and saves time. You can easily access the appointments scheduling form from Salesforce.com and the data is pushed into the CRM which makes reporting easier. The support team is great and they have quickly addressed our questions. Thanks for the great work!

Great Support

This is a great app for managing events and calendars, and the technical support is superb. From the System Administrator perspective I really appreciated their assistance during setup and testing. Two thumbs up.
