After merging 9 non profit entities together in mid-2021, we engaged DCA to help us with pulling the CRM data into a single instance of Salesforce. After an initial successful migration of one entities' data, we contracted them to help us with the remaining migrations. The team really know what they're doing, even moving sensitive PCI Compliant data into a new payment gateway for us. I would wholeheartedly use and recommend DCA for any data migration project in the future!

Prepared to go the extra yards to get the desired outcome

We engaged DCA to perform a bulk data archiving process in our Salesforce NPSP instance as we were well over our data limit. DCA was chosen for this project as we had engaged them in the past for a data migration project with a very tight deadline which they met successfully. Data archiving from Salesforce was not straightforward as we needed to ensure that our data warehouse retained the archived records. Our DCA resource worked closely with our data warehouse manager and me to come up with a solution that worked for both Salesforce and the DW. He helped us with the initial solution design, problem solving and testing throughout the project and then performed the final archiving in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the final outcome and the support we received from DCA throughout the project.

Our organisation had multiple databases used for fundraising, volunteer management, and merchandise sales. This was a hinderance in building our supporter relationships. They captured all our supporter data, cleansed and consolidated it, and migrated it into the Salesforce Non-Profit Cloud. This now allows us to report, analyse and focus on our supporter engagement. DCA’s program management was exceptional, and the team were knowledgeable, supportive, and patient. We had many questions which were handled in a thorough and timely way. Weekly meetings ensured that any issues or questions were covered off quickly and we felt reassured about the progress. Highly recommended.
