Rootstock Issue

I have been fortunate to work with several members of the Praxis team. I work weekly with Ohad, Jimmy, Helen, Andrea and soon to include Gabby. Each member brings so much to the table with their own experiences and expertise. Ohad Idan the Principal of Praxis is quick to respond to any problems we encounter, his vast knowledge is amazing. Our Rootstock implementation was not performed by Praxis which was our first mistake. The only way I know to explain our situation is to say that our "skeleton" was somewhat implemented but as soon as any "weight" was added everything broke. There were times that we were unable to conduct day to day operations which is never acceptable. Praxis has made such a difference. I went from shopping other ERP systems to confidence that Praxis will be able to correct all the mistakes that were made during implementation allowing our company to confidently use Rootstock. I will continue to use Praxis as long as I use Rootstock.

Super-helpful and responsive

As a SF Partner and Consultant I had a question about how to split Person Accounts into Accounts and Contacts. There is not a lot of good information about this in the SF world. They responded quickly and walked me through the process with great professionalism and expertise. Based on this experience I would certainly work with them again and recommend them

Praxis was excellent to work with. I have limited Salesforce experience, but Ohad from Praxis was able to walk me through the options for my project. Basically, I knew what I needed to accomplish, but wasn't sure if/how our Salesforce NPSP environment could be developed to do that -- Ohad knew the right questions to ask and the correct steps for us to develop the plan. Ultimately, this solution is working out GREAT for our users!
