They act like an extension of our team and treat every need we have with urgency and a high degree of responsibility. We came to Leancog with a problem we were facing regarding our customers using fake/mistyped email addresses and the need to verify emails upfront to reduce inbound cases that turn into closures due to no response. We looked for commercial options and integrating them into Salesforce itself but due to a variety of reasons we came to the conclusion that Leancog could just built the email verification system themselves, retain more control over the tool itself and save costs due to ongoing fees of a third party tool. A lot of testing went into this as we have a very complex customer Service flow built out over the years with multiple points of weakness for this type of flow that has the potential to close legitimate cases if anything went wrong. The project was delivered on budget and we were able to accomplish the goal of fewer inbound cases without lowering CSAT or getting email verification related complaints. The project was completed on Salesforce Service Cloud and used custom code as well as the modification of many process builders.

We hired Leancog to streamline a specific use case where we were gathering, sending and receiving files weekly from our partners via email and then having to data load the results into Salesforce. We wanted to re-design the whole process and build a portal where we could gather and organize the records to be sent to the partner, automatically communicate to them when we needed input, and have them log in and make the changes directly. Leancog delivered a highly complex tool, able to be managed by a single admin and that solved our needs perfectly while staying within a modest retainer budget. The project included using Skuid and Salesforce Sales Cloud. We have worked with Leancog for over 5 years and this is just one of the many successful and innovative improvements they have helped us design and deliver.

We engaged LeanCog to help implement a new ticketing system for our Ad Operations team to better manage the workload and create ways to streamline the submission of tickets, ensure completeness, and increase visibility. Leancog had previously helped us onboard Skuid including a comprehensive training and we decided to use that instead of code. Some of the unique features of the project were: 1) a CSV upload option that was able to upload many rows of complex and multilevel related data with a console to fix any errors and update formatting before being inserted into the Salesforce records. 2) Cloning of child records while maintaining a complex set of rules on which fields should clone and which should come over blank (to ensure the unique and important fields such as IDs were entered every time) 3) Over 800 render conditions (or rules you could say) that kept all the complex logic of required vs non-required, dependant set of dropdown values and layouts, all in a way that isn't overly complex for a point-and-click admin to update in the future. LeanCog is a longtime partner of ours and will continue to be our first call when we need consultation and development. We are a 1 admin shop and the support Leancog provided for this project and all others has been invaluable.

They also offer different lengths of training so if you just need the basics they have a one-day training but if you want to add Skuid to your everyday admin toolbox they offer longer and more detailed training that leaves you feeling confident you'll be able to tackle the most complex jobs in-house.
