What can i say about Sara! Since we first encountered her, it's been nothing but success after success with every implementation goal that we set in front of her. Aside from being highly intuitive to what we were trying to achieve as an organization through SF, her strong intimate knowledge of SF has been a real asset to us. I'd had Salesforce for a year before I found Sara and I was about to give up. At my previous firm I had used Salesforce and loved it. When I bought it for my own practice I neglected to think of the fact that my previous firm also had a dedicated in-house Salesforce team and I had no idea how to customize the user experience to fit my own business needs. Sara came in and did a thorough interview with me about my business and what I was looking to use Salesforce for. Not only was she able to incorporate all of the ideas that I had, but came up with innovated ideas on even more ways that we could use Salesforce as an efficient part of my business.
