Our experience working with our partner, Palladin, has been extremely positive. In 2024, our Marketing team was challenged to produce a Marketing Dashboard for lead tracking. Our partner, worked with us on a regular basis to define and scope the project, create a dashboard template, build out the dashboard, and run testing on it to ensure it captured the required information. This was a major project for our team and we would not have been able to complete it without the assistance from Palladin.
The relationship between requirements and outcomes versus desired outcomes is critical to defining success. The Palladin Team has played a key role in helping set expectations.
