Spredfast Integration with Salesforce works!
This app is actually not needed for the Spredfast integration, because all the configurations can be done on the Spredfast side, nothing is really needed on the Salesforce side. It's very easy to configure the out-of-the-box settings in Spredfast. Our organization is live and using the integration, and it works well. We are using it to create customers from Spredfast, link customers, create cases, update cases, and view case history in Spredfast.
hello Jordan, does this app enables you to get better insights into a person's social behavior? For example can I see how a person interacts with our posts whether it is on facebook or insta or so on? How would privacy rules influence this?
