With Help Lightning, experts can visually collaborate, assist with issues, and resolve problems as though they were working side-by-side with a colleague or customer. Using Merged Reality, the live video streams of the expert and remote technicians are combined into a collaborative video environment. Participants can telestrate, freeze images, use hand gestures, and upload pictures, manuals, and instructions. Help Lightning's merged reality, and virtual interactive presence are patented and unique. Experts sharing knowledge and know-how improve technician efficiency. Fewer experts can support more technicians. Technicians are trained faster. Dispatches are done only when necessary.
