The Absorb LMS App for Salesforce is the perfect tool for those providing training to external contacts, who are captured as Accounts and Contacts within Salesforce. Your chosen Contacts then become Learners (i.e. users) in Absorb LMS. Absorb LMS then becomes your learning hub. Your Contacts take courses, earn badges and competencies, and all that data is synced back to Salesforce for reviewing and reporting needs. As an Absorb LMS App for Salesforce user, you can also utilize the app for deploying training to sales reps or customer services agents. The Absorb LMS App for Salesforce enables Salesforce users, like your sales reps and customer service agents, to browse a targeted course catalog and enroll in courses without leaving Salesforce.com. You can also allow users, like your sales reps, to enroll their customers in training, with Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities as entry points to enrollment. The progress of each learner can be seen via data surfaced in reports and dashboards, or via app components on the Contact, User and Account pages. Contact us to get started.
