Cloud Balzer is outstanding!! Great Team! Great Support!!
A couple of things that separate CloudBlazer apart is their transparent model that provides us the ability to preapprove all time before the work is done as well as their white glove approach and excellent communication throughout the project. Staying on-time and underbudget was a very refreshing experience as compared with prior CRM implementations with other partners.
They were very good at planning and communication and the entire project was delivered on time and under budget. They also have a competitively priced MSA program post-project completion that has been very helpful to handle routine admin and support issues that we are not able to handle in-house.
Cloudblazer was exceptional to work with.
Poorly organized, not managed well
Had a project go horribly wrong with this firm. Not a good experience with management.
Great Experience
I appreciate working with Mackenzie at Overground for our Sales Cloud instance, she's very professional and personal at the same time. I never have to follow up or remind her of items in process, she's great at thinking and talking through solution scenarios. Overground has been with us since implementation in 2019, we started with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, found MC wasn't the best fit and they helped us transition to Pardot.

Mackenzie and the Overground Cloud team have been just wonderful to work with and provided the best experience. We are one year in and still have a lot to figure out but knowing we have them by our side makes it so much better. We tried to achieve many things with our platform and they were able to help us get there. Overall, an amazing experience, and could not have asked for a better partner to walk this journey with.
Since Howard stepped in we have had a wonderful experience! He has been very knowledgeable and helped us with all of our crazy requests and conditions. I highly recommend Howard and the team and would love to work with them again in the future!
Overground is very adept at Salesforce set-up and implementation. We were able to transition for a legacy system to Salesforce within in a few months. Integration with other systems was a little more challenging.

We decided to embark on the Salesforce journey a couple of months ago, and we were recommended to work with Overground. We have been using Salesforce for a couple of months now, basically living in it, basking in all of it's enormous ways it has helped us bring all our data together, managing all of our accounts, and helping us keep our clients happy. This would not have been possible without the knowledge and work from Overground, specially Alyssa Yardley. The way she built our Salesforce was what our company needed to grow and help reach our goals. Working with her along with Paul, Dave and Cindy has been completely amazing and really easy to transition from one system to the other. Thank you for the great work & for helping us achieve our goals!
