Solving IT has been a fantasic partner, and I highly recommend working with them. I've worked with them on a variety of projects for our Salesforce tech stack, some simple and straightforward, and others have been complex, multi-year initiatives. With each project, they have been organized, great communicators, and subject matter experts.

We partnered with Solving IT to assist us with managing the merger of two large Salesforce Sales and Marketing Clouds into one SFDC org. Their previous experience with merges and acquisitions as well as their overall SFDC and marketing knowledge is why we chose to partner with Solving IT. They were very straight forward with the project timing and the risks we faced with our project timeline and multiple work streams. They were also able to "backfill" our project team throughout the engagement as we encountered project attrition. I would absolutely work with the Solving IT team on additional engagements in the future.

This project and partnership was to expand the functionality of MY150 to include our Retirees and their households so they can manage their coverage and view their benefits online. This functionality will provide our Retiree population with a better member experience. This partnership had a great understanding of the expectations by their intimate knowledge of our business practices and what was set to be accomplished. Having this intimate knowledge of the business made the project seamless and enjoyable to work with.
