Responsive to filling capacity needs and needed skillsets

Astound for sure is a great partner, with a really good technical knowledge. Completely satisfied about ticket management, communication, third level support and project management. You feel safe on their hands. What should be improved is for sure QA, not in terms of final QA results but in terms of automatisation of testing. QA is too expensive and takes too much time, really too much. Costs could be drastically reduced with a more smart approach.

Their expertise, agility, great communication, delivery of high-quality results and consistency has added a great value to our projects, the recent example being the UX/UI design and its implementation handled by Astound end to end. 2. Problem-solving: Astound team has great problem solving skills. When faced with unexpected obstacles e.g. website broke in the middle of the night or over the weekend, Astound has consistently shown great problem-solving skills. they approach difficulties with a solutions-oriented mindset, which is invaluable in our line of work. The solution architect is available at hand for troubleshooting which is great. 3. Work ethics & effective communication: Astound shows strong work ethics and a client-centric focus. They go above and beyond to make sure meetings are conducted with a clear agenda and come prepared with different levels of solutions and pros and cons to discuss with the client. The QBR sessions are really helpful in understanding what was delivered and the learnings to improve outcomes. 4. Consistency: Our collaboration with Astound has yielded measurable results over the past 5 years. They have consistently helped us achieve our goals and have contributed to our success. 5. Innovation: If there is one thing that Astound needs to improve would be - I'd like Astound to be proactive in giving fresh ideas and propose innovative solutions to the business e.g. platform enhancements based on their learnings with other clients, new technology, etc. In summary, our experience with Astound has been great.
