Bunnings' challenge was to migrate our email platform from the legacy system of Taguchi over to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Part of the challenge was disparate data sources, inconsistent definitions, historical inaccuracies and potential compliance issues with previous processes. This is now the second company I have worked for who have employed the services of Bower House Digital for this type of project. I believe them to be a clear market leader in not just migrating to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, but also how to use the platform to gain maximum value once the platform is up and running. They are not the sort of agency to just close tickets and execute tasks. They will work with the client to understand what is needed and are excellent at advising on any missing elements in a project brief and have experts in their team on any and every aspect related to both implementing and using the platform. This is my third implementation of Salesforce and it has been the best experience that i have had. The team understood SF's capabilities and were able to build a solution that use the functionality to the best of its ability. Also, the implantation was delivered on time and on budget with the ability for implementation to grow as we mature with Salesforce. The main point was that they were also very honest with our expectations of what we wanted and what was possible out of the SF box and what we would need to custom development. Definitely a clients partner and would recommend and are now using on an ongoing basis.
