UPDATE with 4 star: As I cannot give a full 5 stars yet since we have not implemented yet to see the true functionality, I can give 4 stars for solid communication. The original hiccup was that, but the current communication person has been excellent in answering questions and verifying our need aligns with their out-of-the-box functionality. I greatly appreciate the thorough conversation to make sure the product works as they intend and we expect. UPDATE with 3 star: I hate leaving 1-star reviews, which this was, but I did get a contact. The original developer reached out although it is no longer in their scope. I have now also heard from the new parent company. I will further update this review as the communication continues to improve. I was told this is now a limited sale tool due to Salesforce guest user functionality that has been implemented and I am hoping to receive further updates as we are wanting to use it with our licensed experience cloud users. Original Review with 1 star: Our company has looked into this tool for a couple of years and was finally ready to sign up and install it. Two years ago the team was SUPER responsive. I have emailed 5/20/2022, completed the webform on their website on 6/2/2022 and called and left a message on 6/6/2022 and have received no response to any one of my contacts. Super frustrated and had hoped to be a customer.
