Fave&Follow 2.0 Now Available * Preload Automated Favorites and Article Subscriptions * Improved Reporting * Custom Labels in Favorites Component Fave&Follow improves adoption by allowing Experience Cloud Members to tailor their Site experience to meet their needs. With Experience Cloud Favorites, Users save the records they access most frequently, reducing clicks and simplifying navigation. Similar to a browser bookmark, a User’s Favorites are stored within Salesforce and immediately available only one click away via any browser or device. Fully supported by Reports, Experience Cloud Site Managers can use Favorites to better understand which content is resonating with Site Members and use that data to guide their roadmap. Fave&Follow also allows Experience Cloud Site Members to subscribe to alerts for key knowledge articles. Once an article is followed, the User will receive automatic alerts when the content is updated – prompting them to return to your Site to review the latest updates.
