Gravity Lab were excellent in communication and very responsive to feedback provided.

This was our second project with the partner. During the first project we were satisfied overall but there were some areas of improvement. During this second project we were very impressed with how they managed those areas and none of the issues from the previous project resurfaced. They have excellent skills and knowledge of Salesforce, manage to provide us with a solution that is futureproof and well within budget.

Gravitylab - Once again .....you guys nailed it! So happy to working with a great bunch of individuals that complement each other's skills so well and really take the time to understand our business.

We tasked GravityLab with coming up with a solution for end-of-year receipting for our regular givers. We needed to be able to send receipts in-house via both email and post in batches throughout the month of March. Previously, we would export data and send it to a mailhouse in one batch, which was both a tedious and costly process, and didn't offer a great donor experience. GravityLab they took time to fully understand our requirements so they could design an appropriate solution. This project saved us considerable time, improved our donor experience, and will save us money in the long term.

Gravity Lab were incredibly patient with us as they took us through initial scoping, build, testing and release. Our testing phase took much longer then projected as we gathered information from busy stakeholders around the globe. This resulted in several fairly big changes which Gravity Lab took in stride. The ultimate result is so much sleeker then anything we could have managed alone.

GravityLab were engaged to migrate our organization from our previous CRM to Salesforce.org with Pardot. They guided us through thorough scoping workshops - a lot of our processes needing a good revamp, and so this design phase was invaluable. They developed a thorough understanding of our requirements and existing processes, to ensure the automations they built were as efficient and effective as possible. GravityLab lead us through the UAT phase and were readily available to tweak what needed tweaking. When they let us "fly", they were our safety net - hovering in the background to make ongoing changes as we did tasks on our own for the first (and sometimes second and third time) and providing training. Throughout the whole process they were solutions-oriented, professional, and just genuinely good people to work with. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Gravitylab demonstrated a great understanding of our business before executing the project to change the integration process of our org with our ERP data. The project was very well documented, managed and executed. The team are very enjoyable to work with and offer a high level of expertise.
