Sumer was our account lead. Afsana was a great support partner. I can't say enough about Sumer. His dedication/availability was great. We leaned very heavy on him - for implementation and maintenance. He is amazing. Very knowledgeable. And worked hard to create what we needed - within the confines of our platform (avoiding additional charges we couldn't afford). Sometimes we didn't know what we wanted - or changed what we wanted often - and Sumer had nothing but patience and grace with us throughout. During our years of working together, Sumer learned enough about our business to anticipate/understand our evolving needs. All around a great partner. Thanks, Sumer and Saberpoint.
