Our mission was to to bring in house our ecommerce project and email marketing too. Our partner provide us both hight level of consultancy and delivery. With their help we set up since the beginning our omnichannel approach using ecommerce warehouse and our boutiques inventory. We set up Commerce Cloud, OMS, Marketing and Service Q12023 Result: We increse 40% in net sales with Salesforce Platform (vs External Ecommerce Provider) With our partner we had weekly call for all the period and they were very involve in the project, they were like colleagues.
