We chose J2 for our complex asset management and downstream field service activities in a highly regulated medical device industry and are very pleased with the final product. J2 had the best understanding of how to work with an ever-changing, hierarchical asset barcode combined with user stories that empowered our hospital-base engineering teams to do their jobs quickly and accurately using a combination of our native Salesforce instance and Field Service Mobile applications. J2 brought the correct expertise to the project right away and were always available when the scope grew (as they frequently do on projects), during UAT and Go-Live.

J2 Interactive was chosen as our partner in early 2018. Their experience in the healthcare vertical allowed us to speed up development for a large number of new programs we developed with our medical device clients, physicians and insurance companies. Over time, we realized the code supporting our processes would not provide a stable enough environment, so J2 led the charge in converting a visual force code based process to lightning custom components for our community users which is now scalable and stable. We also have multiple integrations running that required custom code which J2 developed that has also proven to be stable and predictable. Our primary reason for utilizing J2 as a partner is to develop and improve custom code, customized lightning components and flows and data base architecture recommendations to ensure scaling for our Salesforce use and data access that we share with our many partners using Communities. J2 has been exceptional at all levels, providing good solutions and now ongoing support for difficult business requirements at a good value.
