Very easy to use
We are not big SF users and no experts. Deleted a key client file in error and could not find out how to restore. Found this on the web and voila problem solved!
Awesome. The preview alone is gold worth
No more guessing what case might be restored. Just click on the number and voila the preview is there. Simple and easy. On top for free. Good job. Thanks.
Thank you, Alexander, for your fantastic review! We are thrilled to hear that you find our preview feature valuable and that it has been a helpful addition to your experience. We designed the preview feature with the aim of making it easier for our users to determine which records might be restored, and we're delighted to know that it has surpassed your expectations. If you have any further feedback or suggestions, please don't hesitate to share them with us. We are always eager to enhance our services and provide an even better experience for our valued users. Regards, Rajesh
It does what Salesforce won't
In any reasonable universe, this feature would be a built-in part of the product that we buy. Here in the darkest timeline, I'm grateful that the folks at Kandisa Tech have filled the gap and made life a bit more bearable.
Recycle Bin Manager
Just what I needed at the time! That's what we all like to hear. It was easy to use, easy to find on the App exchange and it was free! They provided a quick and easy service for a function that will come around sooner or later. Great App! Thank You!
This is what the Recycle Bin SHOULD BE
This app can find most any deleted object. Saved my butt! It is excellent at finding Leads and Contacts and restoring them with ease. Thank you!!
Great product, just needs a little more
Hi, this was exactly what I've been looking for and the functionality and filtering etc are awesome! However, there's a few drawbacks which I hope you will address in upcoming releases. 1) Either allow all or more SF objects (e.g. Discount Tier/Schedules/Pricebooks) to be selected or allow the object selector to be left blank and for the list to show all deleted records (ie ignore the object selector) We use other objects than those listed currently which may require recycling 2) Is there a way to filter per user? I.e. allow a user selection to show that users deleted records? It may be faster to select -if a user calls and asks to recover a record they deleted. Rather than to go through the list of object/date/time etc.. Finally, is there a way to clear/permanently delete all records (ie empty recycle bin) -again for a specific/all users? Urfan
Hi Urfan, Thank you for the feedback. We are planning to add support for more standard objects and an option to select the most frequently used objects in our future release so that the object selection filter can be left blank while searching the deleted records. The other feature you requested about providing a filter to select the name of the person who deleted the records is already available in the app; a user needs to have the "modify all data" permission in order to access this filter. Also, the feature to permanently delete records is available for Admins (modify all data permissions) but as of now, you have to select an object in order to do any kind of processing using this app. We’ll let you know once the new version is generally available. Thanks, Rajesh
Great replacement but ...

Why is this not a standard feature?
Great job! Makes life so much easier to retrieve mistakenly deleted items from the recycle bin. Already saved me once when a Sales person unintentionally deleted a record. As stated in the title of this review I am surprised why this is not a standard feature in SalesForce.
Great app but just falls short
Looked great at the outset but when we realised that not all objects are exposed it was a deal breaker for us. The app forces you to select an Object. We would have preferred this be optional so we could examine ALL recordes deleted by a specific User, regardless of object, as you can in the standard Recycle Bin. Two changes would make this a great app and Recycle Bin alternative. 1. Expose more of the standard objects such as attachments, emailmessage etc. 2. Don't force user to choose Object during search. Thanks for your efforts Dev.
Hi Grant, We have an update on the app. We have further exposed Tasks, Events, EmailMessages in the recycle dropdown list. Attachments were already present in the list. We are also working on providing a way that would show recently deleted records on page layout rather than you requiring to select the objects. We will let you know when the update is out.
Hi Grant, Thanks for taking time to evaluate our application. Our application is built natively using apex and due to apex limitations some of the features you have requested are currently not available in the application. We are planning to provide an option to allow user to select few objects in the setup menu which we'll search by default in our new version. The email message object is currently not available as it doesn't have the standard name field. We are planning to include the subject field in our new version. Once done, we will let you know. Regards, Rajesh
Took no time at all to learn...
This is a massive improvement over the bare-bones recycling bin in Standard, and the complete absence of one in Lightning. Ridiculous that Salesforce didn't make this themselves- they should just buy this app, quite frankly, because it's very good.
Thank you, Colin, for the positive review. We are glad that this app has been helpful to you and your team.
