Overview

The Totango app in Salesforce allows your teams to view Totango insights within the Salesforce UI. Once configured, any licensed Totango user can interact with the Totango app in Salesforce.

  • Account Health: Get real-time visibility into customer health so you can take action at the right time with the right messages to enhance and expand your customer relationship and reduce churn risk.

  • Engagement Score: is a relative score attached to each account. It's a number between 0 - 100, measuring the intensity of product usage by the account end-users. Engagement score is calculated daily and is measured on a 14-day sliding window of usage.

  • Number of Active Users: counts the total number of active users in an account. A user is considered "active" if they had at least 1 activity registered during the time period. The metric is available in a daily, 3-day, 7-day, 14-day, 30-day & 90-day time

  • License Utilization: measures the rate between the number of active-users in an account and the total number of licenses purchased. It's a great metric for applications that have a seat-based pricing model.

The Totango app in Salesforce allows your teams to view Totango customer insights in the Salesforce UI. Once configured, any licensed Totango user can interact with the Totango app in Salesforce. For a given account in Salesforce, you can see Totango customer data and insights including: • Account Health • Engagement • Number of Active Users • Usage Frequency • License Utilization • Tasks & Touchpoints Your teams gain a more holistic understanding of your customers and can take immediate action.
