We have worked closer with Geri and Spencer from Day one. We felt that while we had a good idea of what we required from salesforce, it wasn't until we engaged with Spencer at CloudSmart, that he brought the whole project alive. Geri has always been at the end of the phone or virtual meetings when needed to talk through new ideas, sort issues or demonstrate completed sections of the project during the build. We are not your typical customer, so to build additional modules was always going to be an up hill task, but CloudSmart took this in their stride and managed to produce a CRM that even for the most 'unique' customer delivered what was promised at the start.

CloudSmart was brought in to help onboard us to Marketing Cloud - particularly Journey Builder and Email Studio/Content Builder. The team was extremely helpful in assisting in finding solutions as we worked our way through the onboarding process. Patience, sage advice and establishing a good grounding for our activities was a highlight. If feeding back any suggestion going forward, I would say that businesses onboarding need to make sure that they have the time to set aside to really understand the fundamentals of Marketing Cloud before everything kicks off for actions. Perhaps a checklist or key fundamentals workplan would be useful at the beginning to make sure that key elements have been thought through by us to make it more straightforward to understand requirements for the partner. But overall, great and really helpful in getting us up and running.

The team took my requirements which were mostly rambling brain dumps and made a systems that works across multiple functions in our business, simple and efficient. If you think you'll have time to build the system on your own your either not busy enough with your core duties or absolutely mad! Highly recommend.
