We worked with EverPeak Partners to fix a broken lead flow that was part of a recent implementation. The lead flow was complex and meant to automate many lead functions including deduplication and automatic lead dispositioning based upon many factors, and a custom conversion that takes into account existing data. Two previous partners tried and were not successful. EverPeak shone in a few ways: the right people doing the right things, a practical understanding of the potential pitfalls inherent in software development, generally, and SalesForce dev specifically which translated into a solid process and sound advice, and a commitment to getting it done right according to the customer. They flawlessly implemented the lead flow for us in half the time as previous partners, correctly, and without resorting to custom code. Their work will save us countless hours of manual work across operations that translates to clean visibility and reporting across the business. They will continue to be our first call for SalesForce development work, and I would 100% recommend them.
