MapAnything has provided to be a fantastic tool to visualize our vehicles and work orders around the country. The staff have also been extremely accommodating and helpful in setting up the system.

If you have folks that are doing anything on the road, where efficiency means visiting one more customer today or keeping tabs on an asset, MapAnything is a must have. We are now gaining insights that we couldn't before in terms of what our reps see as important, while giving our reps an intuitive tool that many younger employees seem to expect these days. We invested in Salesforce and MapAnything to help transition from a pen and paper to a system of record, and our productivity skyrocketed. When we were looking for additional improvements to help our dispatch team, we couldn’t rely on traditional telematics or scheduling solutions that we’re integrated into Salesforce. MapAnything Live was the logical choice. It brings Salesforce to life by showing our Trucks moving live. We can adjust delivery schedules on the fly which has an impact on our productivity and our customer satisfaction. In addition to the productivity gains, we’re also automating a lot of back office tasks like mileage tax compliance, which frees our team up to focus on more important issues. MapAnything Live saves us significant expense in labor costs by turbo-charging productivity and reduces our overall risk exposure. Highly recommend to anyone trying to assign drivers or fleets on pen and paper or a whiteboard.
