We're having difficulty applying three upgrades to our membership system. The previous attempt, about two years ago, failed. We hire Aquiva Labs to help us achieve the three product upgrades. Without the upgrades, we're operating at a constant risk of failure, with no alternative. The Aquiva Labs development team came in with exceptional depth of knowledge of Salesforce data and architecture, successfully upgrading three versions of our membership system. It was a difficult upgrade with many challenges along the way, and if we hadn't had Aquiva Labs on our side to guide us and mitigate risks, we wouldn't be where we are today, with successful upgrades. The professionalism and support from Aquiva Labs are unparalleled among other consulting firms/partners I have worked with. It is very rare for a 3rd-party partner to come in and work alongside you as one team. Proactive, supportive, with a strong ethical mindset to help the customer and achieve the goal.

We partnered with the team to develop a survey capability using Salesforce Experience Cloud, enabling surveys to be sent directly to users via email and seamlessly capturing responses tied to relevant custom objects in Salesforce. The team invested significant effort in understanding our business processes before building the functionality, ensuring the solution was tailored to our needs. They were very thorough and we achieved a great outcome.

Aquiva Labs was an excellent partner on our Salesforce app development project. They were thoughtful in their solution design, delivered ahead of schedule, and were always available to answer questions. Their collaborative approach made the project smooth and successful. We haven’t yet installed the app with a client, so I can’t comment on post-development support at this time, but I don't anticipate issues.
