As company that was struggling with different applications in back office, sales and service department, without any connection between systems a good deal of information was hidden from each department and there had been a huge gap in our processes. When everything becomes digital, as company we understood that something needs to be done to have 360 view of all our operations especially for those which are shared between different departments, and that includes all levels of organization from management, back office to field technicians. Chosen partner has been trustworthy all the way of the journey with great knowledge about platform both in sales and FS. They were not just some company doing implementation of the platform but an advisor in building our processes and transforming them in digital way of conducting business. Together with our partner we went above and beyond, learned a lot of our self, where are our week spots and finally that successful implementation is only the beginning, we may call it the birth of the Salesforce platform in our organization.

Implementing the SalesForce products into an educational institution has been very challenging. It required additional adjustments to the system so that different organizational users could use it properly (administration, students, lecturers). Data entry and information review is much simpler, more up-to-date and more customizable. The consultant resolved all requests and adjusted them according to the required instructions.
