This year, Rosetree played a critical role in helping us navigate a lengthy and complex approval process to enable our first AI initiative within Salesforce. I have used Rosetree as my implementation partner for years, after not having much success with other recommended partners. Rosetree provides the best results, the best customer experience, the best communication. I cannot say enough about their process or the results I receive when I work with them. I cannot imagine using another partner for my Salesforce Needs. If someone else says they are cheaper, just know that the results per $ that Rosetree provides far outweigh the cost savings of lesser partners. They end up doing more for less because of their expertise and ease of execution. I highly recommend and will use them for years to come.

We partnered with Rosetree to implement our first phase of Agentforce for Sales and Revenue teams. They picked a knowledgeable and very hands on team to manage this. Throughout the process they were actively engaged - starting with understanding the requirements and scoping use cases to implementing the changes. We were kept up to date regularly with where the project was and how many hours were being being consumed. They were open to feedback from their management (communicated from us) and quickly course corrected in case of any challenges. They have good knowledge of the platforce and features. In case they didn't know about the requested feature - they would come back after researching for a solution to provide us with options. Overall I would highly recommend them for anyone considering implementation on the Salesforce platform or Agentforce. They are easy to work with, eager to receive regular feedback, extremely knowledgeable and are smart workers with good work ethics.

Rosetree is a great partner

Rosetree has been a long-standing Salesforce ISV for our large, enterprise-scale, corporate company in the fast food industry. They initially stood up Service Cloud for our Customer Service department and they recently stood up NonProfit Cloud for the charitable arm/corporate giving side of our company. They were incredibly skilled at learning all of the nuances of what we do for our 501c3 grantmaking foundations and creating a system that not only works for our process but improves and streamlines what we can do. While we are only in the first launch of our first phase of this multiyear project, we are so excited about what we can do with this platform and where we can go with the power of Rostree's experts behind us. Our Project Manager, Solutions Architect, and Sr Solutions Consultant were incredibly knowledge, worked so well together, and such a pleasant group of people to work with. They kept us on target, on budget, and their transparency with hours, costing, etc was so valuable as we progressed through the project. We are looking forward to many more projects with this stellar, top-notch team.

We have worked with many Salesforce partners in the past. Rosetree Solutions is by far our favorite. Their knowledge and professionalism always exceeds our expectations. While their hourly rate can sometimes be more than other vendors, we end up saving in the long run because of their knowledge and execution. I strongly recommend them.
