More than just implementation

I have been extremely pleased with 4Convergence and their help in implementing and tuning our instance. The service level and turnaround time are excellent. More importantly for me, the business intelligence added by them to optimize the process so that we are adopting best practices. Mike and team have been critical to our building and evolving our sales process and getting us to focus on the metrics that matter. The work has spanned setting up automation processes within SF as well as into our website and e-mail service with lead capture and nurturing. It also included architecting how we role out seats to our outbound calling service to retain control of data and measure the productivity of the service. They solved one of our bigger problems of understanding how to focus efforts when we were traveling into different sales regions.
