Automating Invoices and RCTI bills in the HR space.
Our client facilitates job placement management for recruiters (across several continents) on their web portal, and then recorded the details in a spreadsheet. The details were used to create complex invoices and RCTI bills manually - very time consuming. Using Workato, the bills and invoices are transferred to Xero and sent to the recruitment companies as soon as they are entered into the Googlesheet. And the document number from Xero is pasted into the Googlesheet so the accountant knows the transactions have been processed. Too easy, and no more transcribing mistakes.
Very Convenient
A great app! Workato gathers all of the data from salesforce onto a google sheet, the information is readily available for use and has made life a lot easier at my organization. Definitely recommend this app, with it's intelligent and effective integration system, an effective way to collect and use data.
Game changer
Workato has been a complete game changer for our business. We use Workato to automate processes, and maintain data across 3 separate databases (Salesforce, Quickbase, and Hubspot) so that any change in one is reflected in the others. Our ops team is able to have full autonomy and control over these connections, and we don't have to waste precious engineering resources to maintain any APIs. The Workato support team is also fantastic, and is available for "expert hours" daily, where they work one-on-one with you to build your connections. Highly recommend!
Countless Options
We have found countless ways to integrate Google Sheets and our Salesforce instance. It has allowed us to incorporate certain business functions that work off of Google Sheet to be updated by Salesforce and vice versa. I recommend this platform to people all the time!
