This is the best time tracker in the Salesforce AppExchange!
This is the best time tracker in Salesforce. Period! I search for a long time to find a time tracking app which worked with all record types. There are plenty of apps out there that work in Services Cloud (ie: Cases, etc), however, there are very few that have the flexibility that this one has. This app is very simple to install and use. Ease-of-Use is a big deal for an app like this to get a high level of user adherence. In fact, after I installed and started using Record Time Tracker for our Tasks, I reached out to Bakul because I had an enhancement idea/request and he addressed it immediately, and sent me a new update. Conclusion: If you are looking for a very flexible and easy to use time tracking app that provides excellent customer service, look no further...this is it!
