Solid product, super helpful tech, quick startup

Our experience with enabling this in our org was really smooth. We didn’t have a lot of time to get it up and running, but the technician at bytehash was very responsive and helpful. We’ve had 2 successful online votes so far and have another couple pending. Our vote turnout was even better than expected!

No more paper ballots!

We had been searching for an on-line voting system to help conduct leadership elections within our political party. Previously this had been a very cumbersome effort involving mail-in ballots, and with no way to verify voters’ identities, we had many issues with security and election integrity. We were so thrilled to find an app on SFDC that handles this, as we were already heavily engaged in SFDC for managing voter files and constituent records. We are working on a plan to integrate e-voting into our next leadership election and anticipate this tool will solve many of our problems. This is WAY better than trying to build a voting tool ourselves! Thank you!

Conduct secure polls!

Our mid-size company is completely remote, meaning everyone within our team is scattered across the country, and so while we’ve finally settled on several communication and project management tools that help keep us organized, we desperately needed a tool to conduct secure polls and allow our various departments to vote in important company decisions. Because we already use Salesforce and Chatter, this solution made sense for us as it’s already tied in. Everything is seamless, and votes are received in real-time. It’s an easy tool that does everything we need it to. Very promising - we’re looking forward to seeing how this thing evolves as more releases become available.
