Comnexa have been developing our Salesforce CRM for integration with our ERP (Business Central). We have no prior experience with Salesforce prior to this project and they have been ideal partners for introduction and implementation of the software a both an administrative and user level. I've found them to be outstanding in terms of both communication and delivering solutions. Salesforce knowledge is thorough, with the possibilities and restrictions explored and clearly communicated.
Comnexa were able to help with providing a solution to a issue we were having with a configuration that required developer access to change the Apex code. Talyta was brilliant at providing a good solution and an alternative one as well so that we don't have to go back to Comnexa all the time in the event we need to make any changes. She even provided me with a demo on how to do this. All round, a great experience :)
The partner provided best practice knowledge and guidence. Putting together proof of concepts to visulise the solution in Sandboxes which can be deployed when ready into Production.
