Engagement with Creation is always very clear. The objectives are co-created to ensure we get the solution that is fit for purpose. This means that we have a partnership with them, working through our problems / outcomes we'd like to achieve and creating something that is future proofed and goes beyond our expectations in our original brief. Communications are always clear and they are available when you have a question. For me personally, it's the approach that makes all the difference. In Higher Ed, change is hard and we rely on a partner to help us achieve commercial solutions that drive us forward and keep us relevant and competitive. Creation are that partner and the Salesforce knowledge is excellent, bringing the platform into our every day transactions and customer journey.

The first phase of our salesforce journey was pivotal in the way that we worked, created customer success and moved to data driven decision making. It was the largest change programme embarked upon here and Creation partnered with us to not only create a game changing solution, but also to guide us through the planning, delivery and adoption. Through workshops, they gained deep business knowledge and helped us move to new ways of working by showing us art of the possible, challenging us on outdated ways of working and building a sense of excitement and achievement along the way. We simply wouldn't have achieved the level of buy in, adoption and vision without their expertise and patience(!) Teams were listened to and guided through the build, with plenty of opportunities to feedback. In a change and risk averse institution, listening is key. It was a genuine partnership and we achieved amazing results together.

Building a robust vision for our journey migrating to EDA was key to our overall change programme. The PoC had to bring together two key aspects, our business and the art of the possible. It needed to show how a customer journey could be using technology. It needed to show teams that a change in the way we work would be for the better and would be a tool that they would want to use. It had to show how our data would come together to create actionable insights. Creation pulled all these together and told the story to our stakeholders in such a way that the change management was able to concentrate on timings and communication. This was achieved by Creation listening to our stakeholders, challenging where needed and doing an extensive show and tell over 2 days. This is an approach which hasn't been done before here and it worked beautifully. I still use the recordings to this day to show our journey so far.

The University wanted to improve and connect the processes we use to capture student data and where this data is stored, offer colleagues comprehensive and holistic 360-degree view of every student which we can use to proactively drive student engagement and success and, ultimately, empower staff by giving them the data, knowledge and insights they need to support and engage with current and prospective students effectively. Creation Technology had the skills, expertise and experience in delivering CRM Salesforce solutions that we felt could help us deliver success. Their knowledge of the Higher Education sector and the Salesforce platforms are invaluable in ensuring a smooth and successful project. The Salesforce platforms included Service Cloud and Market Cloud and both Creation and Salesforce are helping the University transform it’s student journey and provide the University with an enterprise solution. Creation’s knowledge and experience, and their ability to identify solutions, have helped significantly in project delivery.

As a very small and busy Higher Education institution, we are grateful to have a partner whose team are supportive, proactive and take time to understand us. We needed both an ongoing support service for our Student Information System and a defined development project to deliver detailed changes to Government defined data returns, both of which they have supplied effectively to date. We don't have the infrastructure, resources or experience of larger organisations and so need more tailored support and guidance. Creation have given us a personalised service with a dedicated team.
