I work with Rightpoint on a daily basis. Not only are the able to present multiple solutions across multiple verticals and industries, but they are great to work with. From my experiences, Rightpoint is always listening to their customers to understand their needs and tailor their solutions to meet their customers required outcomes.

Working with Rightpoint on our Salesforce expansion was a fantastic experience. The team was able to create a version of Salesforce that met all of our needs. Our work had recently expanded and we needed our case management database to function in a new way. The team really took the time to understood what was important to me and crafted solutions that have resulted in an improved and more efficient platform. I could not be happier with the work.

I am very pleased with Rightpoint and the implementation of our project. Two areas in particular I would like to comment. Their expertise with Agile working in the Salesforce environment helped the project go smoothly as well as give me the right view into the work. The second item is related to their knowledge about Community Portals. This is a new area for us and their expertise helped us deliver a portal that looks great, easy to use and has great functionality. Every question or request I had, they found a way to deliver.

Their lead consultant was especially effective in helping us get the most out of all of the Salesforce products we use while staying within our budget.

An excellent organization to partner with

I had previously worked with Rightpoint developing very successful custom .net applications. When we began looking for a partner in the Salesforce area in order to integrate with some of the .net applications, it seemed natural to call upon them again. Because my background is in BI and data management, I am always very concerned about how the data will move through systems and how I will be able to get it back out. The Rightpoint team clearly understands the need for enterprise and data architecture and collaborates with me and my team to deliver the best solution. The Rightpoint Salesforce team has delivered on several different initiatives and I continue to use them in my new role at a new organization. I have worked with other organizations who utilize far too many resources trying to get things to work as the business has defined. With this team, they will actually press you to think through the consequences of all approaches and encourage simple and elegant solutions.
