John is highly skilled and knowledgeable about his product, take notes. Have an end game in mind at the beginning of your experience. Allow for trial, error, and correction as John is an effective developer/educator.

John helped us effectively reset and reactivate our Salesforce account. He guided us through cleaning up previous data that was no longer useful and, most importantly, helped establish some best practices that we have implemented so that we get the most out of our efforts. Coming into the consultation we had very little knowledge of the Salesforce platform, so John also served as a guide to the features of Salesforce that would be most useful for our business. John was flexible and responsive to our needs, helping us get the most out of a tight budget, and he has provided follow-up support free of charge to make sure we're still making progress. He'll be the first person I reach out to the next time we need some help with any aspect of Salesforce implementation.
