iTechArt was hired to assist us with a custom solution related to the creation of our Real Estate Projects and Properties on Salesforce. This would enable us to monitor our Property Viewings, Proposals and Sales Agreements related to potential customers and also give us access to very useful management reports. In addition it would further enable us to integrate our listings to various websites in the future. Since the beginning of our discussions, the iTechArt team was very friendly and collaborative. They completely grasped our business needs and started building their demo solution even before we had agreed to proceed with them. This was very important for us because it made us realise that they would be capable in meeting our requirements. The demo solution also mitigated some of our risks of entering into an agreement with unknown quality of outcomes. I advise companies being prepared for what their business needs are and how some of those might be structured in a Data Model before hiring iTechArt as this would definitely speed up the whole needs analysis phase. iTechArt definitely had the technical Salesforce know-how and even suggested a few solutions we had not thought of ourselves. In conclusion, we are very happy with the deliverables and our collaboration with the iTechArt team.
