The team at LauchPad Labs did a great job of walking us through the project step by step. They provided great designs from the information we shared with them and were able to make necessary adjustments in a timely manner, even when we threw in some change requests in the final days leading up to our deployment/go live date.

We engaged Laundpad Lab to develop a consumer-facing credit application and portal, rolled out in two phases. The team was well-managed, friendly/easy to work/collaborate with, and showed genuine interest and concern for our needs and priorities. They were flexible when priorities changed and transparent about budgetary impacts. I think we both could have done a better job at documenting the project requirements at the outset and my recommendation would be to have both a business needs document as well as a technical specifications document to guide the project. The product was launched successfully and LPL has been very responsive to follow-up questions and providing assistance as needed. Highly recommend the team!
