We engaged Oktana to help scale our demo asset development capacity within the Salesforce Solutions Engineering CoE. Our internal team needed additional engineering depth to build and maintain reusable demo components - that support solution engineers globally across multiple industries and Salesforce product clouds. Rodrigo brought exceptional depth to the engagement. He operated at a senior engineering level from day one, collaborating closely with our Emerging Solutions and Industry Solutions teams to deliver production-ready demo infrastructure. His work spanned Salesforce core platform, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Tableau/CRMA and industry-specific demo orgs, requiring both technical precision and a strong understanding of how demo assets are consumed by field SEs at scale. The value realized has been significant - our team now has scalable, reusable demo assets that global solution engineers can deploy on demand, reducing ramp time and enabling consistent, high-quality customer demos across industries. Rodrigo's ability to independently navigate complex Salesforce environments, from semantic models to Experience Sites to custom data bundles, made him a true force multiplier for our team.
