Overall the Ignyto team were great at getting our Salesforce set up and everything they produced was well delivered. Unfortunately, the fall short was actually on the Nivoda side, with a poor initial scope, where we had to pick up a lot of the build internally. However overall satisfied with what was produced with the scope given.
