Additional Details
The Account Contact Hierarchy Tree provides a full hierarchy tree view of the contacts associated with an account. This includes direct and indirect account contacts. Each contact is displayed in a separate contact card including their title and contact details. For further details on each contact, simply click through to their record from the contact card. Each contact card in the tree also includes a button which collapses the contacts subordinates to help provide a clearer custom view for the user. A zoom functionality is also included which assists in the viewing of the tree. Any indirect contacts to the account are also displayed and highlighted to separate them from the direct contacts. Indirect contacts have a similar contact card to direct contacts, instead of displaying their subordinates however, a list of their associated accounts are listed. These account records can also be accessed through the card.
