We hired Happiest Minds to deliver digital transformation program across our company using Salesforce products. However, eCommerce platform on Commerce Cloud was a first time within Happiest Minds so we expected a bit of learning curve in the initial phase. While platform was launched with tremendous and extended effort from the customer's organization we experienced more than anticipated share of poor technical skills, subject matter expertise, weak mid level managers who were non technical to most part that caused unnecessary stress on business teams while launching the global platform for a fast growing business.
